Use of the service
Pernilla’s Pantry is a meal kit service. You can cancel, postpone or change your delivery frequency with no less than 4 days notice prior to the scheduled delivery. The price per plate for the family bag is $8. The price per plate for the duo bag is $10.75. This includes planning, purchasing, selection, packing, and home delivery of kit. Pernilla’s Pantry has the right to change the price with 30 days’ notice.
Becoming a customer
You become a customer by signing up and creating an account on our website. By checking the “I accept the terms & conditions” box you assure us that the information you provided is correct and that you accept these Terms & Conditions. In order to become a customer you will have to be over 18 years of age, require delivery within our delivery area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us.
When you sign up as a customer with Pernilla’s Pantry, you will create “My account” with a Username and Password. You agree and accept responsibility for keeping all your account information current, including address, payment information, telephone number, and email address. By logging into your account from our website, you will always have full control over your deliveries and can manage your subscription with us at any time. You will be responsible for any changes to your subscription, such as frequency of delivery, address changes or cancelation of account.
Pernilla’s Pantry delivers according to pre-determined delivery days and times. You can find these times under the page “How it Works – We deliver here”. We always use our best efforts to deliver your bag within the designated time slot, but we cannot assume any responsibility if we deliver outside of this slot. The given prices include delivery. Deliveries are made to the given delivery address, which may vary from the billing address. We ensure that the groceries will remain at the proper temperature at all times prior to delivery to guarantee the best quality. If no one is at home at time of delivery, the grocery bag is placed outside the door or in an ice chest provided by you. A text message confirming the delivery will be sent to you. As soon as the grocery bag has been delivered to the designated location, Pernilla’s Pantry has fulfilled its obligations to you under this agreement.
Pernilla’s Pantrys failure to perform any term or condition of this agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement.
A placed order can be changed or canceled up to the Thursday at 10 am PST before scheduled delivery.
In the event you find anything missing from your order or are dissatisfied with any of the groceries, your account will be credited.
Please address all questions or concerns related to the contents and quality of our grocery bags directly to Pernilla’s Pantry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pernilla’s Pantry takes no responsibility for the food once it has reached your door. We assume you will follow the suggested treatment and storage of the groceries, as well as ensure proper cooking of all the ingredients according to our recipes. Pernilla's Pantry provides you with the necessary instructions on how to prepare the food, but you need to be aware of and take responsibility for the risks of eating raw or undercooked animal foods and if anyone in your family has any dietary restrictions or allergies.
Payments are made by credit card via a secure electronic payment processing system.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the Thursday before delivery, and you will receive an email receipt once your payment has been processed. It can take 1-3 business days for the charge to show up on your personal statement.
If your credit card for some reason should decline, your Pernilla’s Pantry subscription will be put on hold until you provide us with your updated billing information.
Changes to these terms
Pernilla’s Pantry retains the right to change the content, function and prerequisites of the service without prior notice to the customer. Pernilla’s Pantry can at any time change or update the terms and conditions by changing these Terms and Conditions, except for the part about customer privacy.
When you sign up for recipe and grocery deliveries from Pernilla’s Pantry, we respect your right to privacy and confidentiality, and guarantee that all of your information is confidential and won’t be shared with any outside parties.
